six ways of missing you

i.
still air
devoid of breeze
and space to release

ii.
a walk without a hand to hold
a chorus without an outro

iii.
spectra of colors
as sun sets on the horizon
yet it seems a crimson
is lacking a hue

iv.
verses of love unleashed
never finding a home
where they belong

v.
a need to dance in the rain
save for rainclouds in the heavens
not willing
to share a drop
with this plebeian soul

vi.
monotonous note
nought
dead silence in the frequency
not even
static
